Pressure Reducing Valve - BV454W Series
Belven Pressure Reducing valves are designed to set, adjust and maintain the downstream pipeline pressure, regardless of the variation in the upstream pressure. Outlet pressure can easily be set by rotating the adjusting knob on the top. Belven PRV comes with excellent Controllability, easy installation and very low maintenance.
BV454 Series PN25 Pressure Reducing Valve is operated by a diaphragm and a spring. There is no contact between the spring and the water there by increasing the life of the spring. It also incorporates a stainless-steel fine filter with 0.2mm mesh. Ends are female BSPP threaded. Suitable for potable water applications.

Pressure Reducing Valve- BV421 Series
The BV421 Pressure Reducing Valve, from the Belven - Stallion range, is designed to set, adjust and maintain the downstream pipeline pressure, regardless of the variation in the upstream pressure.
In this model, the Belven - Stallion (Main Valve) BV400 coupled with the pressure reducing pilot BV401, is designed to control facilitated the fluctuating upstream pressure to a constant lower downstream pressure. The control is by the normally open pressure reducing pilot BV401. When the BV401 is open, it allows liquid to flow out of the Stallion's cover chamber. When it is closed, it allows the liquid to fill the stallion's cover chamber.
Normally a decrease in downstream pressure causes the valve to open, consequently raising the pressure and vice versa. The BV421 comes with WRAS approved coating and is suitable for all potable Water applications.

Pressure Reducing / Pressure Sustaining Valve- BV422 Series
The BV422 Pressure Reducing / Sustaining Valve, from the Belven - Stallion range has a Stallion BV400 (Main Valve) coupled with a BV401 pressure reducing pilot and a BV402 pressure relief / pressure sustaining pilot.
In addition to the pilots, the assembly has needle valves, inline strainers and optional pressure gauges. The BV402 pressure sustaining pilot maintains the upstream pressure above the preset on the pilot regardless of the downstream flow.
The valve would reduce the higher upstream pressure and keep the downstream pressure as the adjustable BV401 pressure reducing pilot setting. The BV422 comes with WRAS approved coating and is suitable for all potable water applications.

Remote Modulating Float Control - BV425 Series
The BV425 Modulating Float Control Valve, from the Belven - Stallion range, maintains a constant level in storage tanks and reservoirs. The controlled flow is directly proportional to the discharge flow, always maintaining the pre-desired level in the tank.
It has the Stallion BV400 (Main Valve) coupled with the BV405 modulating pilot. The speed of opening and closing of the stallion can be controlled and adjusted by the partner needle valve. With a variety of floats, the range of operations that it can support is also numerous. Hassle free debris cleaning is possible with an inline strainer.
It is always recommended to have a stilling well in case of turbulence, ripples etc. and regular maintenance of the strainer. The BV425 comes with WRAS approved coating and is suitable for all potable Water applications.

Remote On/Off Float Control Valve- BV424 Series
The BV424 Bi-Level Float Control Valve, from the Belven - Stallion Range, opens fully when the level of the liquid reaches the preset low point and offers drip tight shut off when the preset high point is reached.
The BV404 On / Off pilot is equipped with a vertical rod which alternates between the adjustable upper and lower limits. The float pilot assembly can be valve mounted or remote mounted. With optional position indicator and limit switches, the applications that the BV424 adheres to is limitless.

Altitude Valve – BV 429 Series
The BV429 Altitude Valve, from the Belven - Stallion range, is designed maintain the water level in high rise water tank. In this model, the Belven - Stallion (Main Valve) BV400 coupled with the altitude pilot BV408, is designed to automatically control the high-water level in reservoirs without the floats or other devices.
The Altitude Control Valve controls the level of a tank. Valve will open when the level of water in the tank falls below the preset level and closes when the shut off point is reached. BV429 comes with WRAS approved coating and is suitable for all potable Water applications.

Flow Control Valve- BV423 Series
The BV423 Flow Control Valve, from the Belven - Stallion range, maintains a constant flow regardless of system pressure fluctuations. It has the Belven - Stallion BV400 (Main valve) coupled with BV403 flow control pilot, needle valve, orifice kit and inline strainer.
When there is a change in system pressure, the BV403 flow control pilot senses the same and modulates the stallion to maintain the desired flow. The speed of opening and closing of the stallion can be controlled and adjusted by the partner needle valve.

Pressure Relief/Sustaining Valve- BV426 Series
The BV426 Pressure Relief Sustaining Valve, from the Belven - Stallion range has a Stallion BV400 (Main Valve) coupled with BV402 pressure relief / pressure sustaining pilot. In addition to the pilots, the assembly has needle valves, inline strainers and optional pressure gauges.
The BV402 pressure sustaining pilot maintains the upstream pressure above the preset on the pilot regardless of the downstream flow and whenever the system pressure exceeds the preset of pilot, the valve will immediately open to release excess pressure and keep the protects the system against high pressure surges.
BV426 comes with WRAS approved coating and is suitable for all potable Water applications.

Solenoid Valve- BV428 Series
The BV428 Solenoid Valve, from the Belven - Stallion range, functions as an On/Off control valve upon receiving the electrical signal. It has the Belven - Stallion BV400 (Main valve) coupled with our brass 2-way solenoid pilot control valve.
When the 2-way solenoid valve is energized main valve opens and when it is de-energized the main valve is closed. As a standard BV428 are supplied with 24V DC 2-way solenoid pilot control valve. Other variations are available on request.
BV428 comes with WRAS approved coating and is suitable for all potable Water applications.
